Returns & Exchanges

At APM Monaco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your jewelry, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your APM Monaco account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Jewelry

  Place the items in their original packaging, including the signature APM box and pouch, to ensure the jewelry is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided in your email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous shipping labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected by our workshop, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
